Historical Notes

Like a fine piece of art, the preservation of your portrait is important. Our finishing methods help prevent cracks, tears, and creases. Portraits 8 x 10 and larger have professional mounts and historical notes.

Replacement Warranty

In any type of damage occurs to your portraits, we will replace the portraits at half price of the current listed rates.

Payments

Sitting fees are due at the time of the booking or at the time of the sitting. A $50 deposit is due when the originals (paper prints) or video (electronic images) are loaned to the customer. If the order is placed within the week the customer qualifies for a bonus gift for promptness. It is requested that orders shall be paid in full at the time of the order.

A 50% deposit on the balance is required on all orders not prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are due on all orders which require shipping. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
